Description
* Continuously follow up on the required documentation for LI accounts to ensure all contracts and agreements are in order.
* Oversee the entire process of opening LI accounts, including both master and sub-accounts.
* Serve as the primary internal and external contact for all documentation matters related to account setup.
* Implement and monitor controls at each stage of the account opening process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and management of custody fees.
* Handle operational activities such as managing withdrawals, additional payments, applicable fees, and VAT.
* Coordinate processes related to any changes in the circumstances of LI companies, ensuring seamless operational adjustments.
* Maintain the integrity and quality of data associated with operational activities, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies.
* Ensure efficient follow-up on requests from LI companies regarding custodian relationships, including aspects like reporting, statements, web access, tax requirements, SWIFT connections, valuations, and asset classifications per CAA circulars.
* Ensure adherence to relevant guidelines and procedures dictated by the Group and LOESA, consistently monitoring risks associated with LI custodian tasks.
* Enhance existing procedures and processes associated with custodian operations to improve efficiency and risk management.
* Stay informed on regulatory developments such as PRIIPs, EMIR, etc., and make necessary updates to the LI procedures to remain compliant with evolving regulations.
Profile
* University degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
* Alternatively, relevant work experience in dedicated insurance funds
* Strong team player who values supporting colleagues and working collaboratively.
* You are proactive, organised and rigorous.
* Fluent in English and French.
