Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Multi-Area Broadcast/Event Producer to join our Communication and Publishing Department. This role will produce materials and messages that invite all of God's children to follow Jesus Christ, while leading impactful live productions that inspire hearts, minds, and spirits. You will partner with key stakeholders to find, create, and implement solutions for Church events and broadcasts. As a trusted leader, you will oversee project management, ensure the success of medium to large-scale productions, and foster a collaborative environment that brings together a team’s strengths to deliver world-class productions. This position supports Multi-Area and Regional needs. Responsibilities Project Manager (40%): Manage end-to-end oversight of assigned projects, from approval to execution, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence. Collaborate with product management teams, event managers and event organizers to understand their vision and objectives. Coordinate the efforts of internal and external partners to meet production commitments. Production Expert (30%): Lead pre-production, production, and post-production logistics, managing teams of 20-40 contracted individuals. Provide creative consultation and execution expertise, working cross-functionally with stakeholders. Communication Hub (30%): Maintain direct and frequent communication with product managers and executives. Ensure timely dissemination of production updates to teams and stakeholders. Coordinate with Production Managers and Schedulers to assemble the right teams for successful project completion. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, plus 6 years of experience in theatrical, broadcast, or events production. Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams of 20-40 people through complex projects. Extensive industry expertise in best practices with advanced broadcast technology acumen. Expertise in project management tools, particularly Workfront. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience managing executive-level relationships. Strong understanding of broadcast technology and industry best practices. Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively. Willingness to travel internationally, including on short notice, and work nights, weekends, or holidays as required. Must possess and maintain a current temple recommend for access to Church-related resources. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel internationally without restrictions. The position homebase is in Frankfurt, Germany and frequent travel is required. Possibility to work remotely from one of Europe Central Area Countries.
