Description Change the world. Love your job. The precision ADCs and amplifiers that our team develops have become a part of new energy revolution and electrification of our society – electrical automobiles, charging stations, photovoltaic inverters, wind turbines and many robots. If you want to be part of this transformation and the shift away from carbon – you should join our team. As a design engineering intern in our international and highly motivated team, you will help design and bring to market leading precision analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits with high resolution ADCs and DACs, as well as high-frequency isolated communication channels and power management DC/DCs that are able to withstand voltages over 1000V. Some of your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Work with experienced mentors to design and simulate innovative and cost-effective circuit topologies Create behavioral models and verification benches in VerilogA/AMS and SystemVerilog Verify IC design using best in industry analog and mixed-signal simulation tools Collaborate, learn and share knowledge with world-wide engineering peers in various disciplines Create and closely supervise IC layout, extract parasitic components and effects. Participate in design reviews and creating the necessary design and product documentation Characterize prototypes in laboratory Put your talent to work with us as an Analog Design Engineer Intern Qualifications Minimum requirements: Completed Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Electrical & Computer Engineering Demonstrated interest in Analog IC Design with minimum one semester of Master-level lectures on the subject High average grades: 2.0 or better Germany, 3.0 or better US/international. Please upload the supporting transcripts Good familiarity with transistor and semiconductor technology, knowledge of Cadence design tools Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of HDL (Verilog, VerilogA) and/or digital signal processing Experience in board level analog or mixed-signal electronics (academic or extra-curricular) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions Track record of initiative and drive for results, i.e. engineering, community or other hobby projects and involvements Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery Our offer for you: Benefit from an attractive compensation Join an international work environment where your ideas count and where you can thrive in a diverse culture Explore a world of opportunities for your personal and professional development
