YOUR TASKS
Focus on Human Resources
1. Assist in all areas of HR administration such as creating employment contracts, certificates, and managing the HR tool system
2. Actively support in the selection of personnel and applicant management
3. Help with monthly payroll activities and maintain and archive personnel files
4. Participate in the onboarding of new employees from both domestic and international backgrounds
Focus on Controlling/Accounting
5. Learn accounting software and manage various business transactions including account reconciliation and clarification
6. Audit, allocate, and record invoices while monitoring payment deadlines and managing dunning processes
7. Create master data and generate outgoing invoices
8. Support financial controlling, prepare financial reports, and participate in cost accounting and business analysis
YOUR PROFILE
Focus on Human Resources
9. At least a successfully completed technical college qualification and good English skills
10. Enjoy working with people and a strong interest in office and administrative tasks
11. Quick comprehension, an affinity for support, and attention to detail
12. High reliability and absolute discretion when handling sensitive data
13. Good verbal and written communication skills and basic knowledge of MS Office
Focus on Controlling/Accounting
14. Basic understanding of mathematical and economic concepts and a careful, correct approach to handling numbers
15. IT affinity with basic knowledge in office software, willingness to learn accounting programs, and openness to new technologies
16. Organized and structured working method with a focus on time management, document maintenance, and systematic procedures
