Job Description
The consultant(s) will be expected to perform the following tasks:
* Review the current event management and audience engagement processes, including tools, platforms, user journeys and content. Recommend solutions for improvement.
* Review and suggest improvements for event marketing and branding.
* Develop a report summarizing findings, recommendations, and an implementation plan.
* Workshop or training session(s) for staff as agreed.
Requirements
• Proven, extensive experience in online, hybrid and in-person event industry and marketing. • Understanding trends and new digital solutions including AI.
