We are looking for a highly motivated and open-minded student intern to work on a wide range of project management tasks supporting HR IT projects within our Global People Strategy & Transformation team.
Our team focuses on implementing projects at the intersection of HR and technology as we contribute to the digitalization of our global HR processes and systems. As part of our team, the intern will support in maintaining the team’s Project Management Portfolio documentation, establishing Project Management Practices and supporting Project Managers in their work as Project Management Office assistant.

Your Role
This role has two main areas of responsibilities:
1. Support Digital Portfolio Manager:Coordinate regular status update meetingsAnalyse Project Portfolio and managing interdependencies between projectsMaintain Project Portfolio toolsContinue to develop resources for internal Project Management toolkitSupport regular meetings and further development of internal HR Project Management Community
2. Support Project Managers across various global HR IT projects (e.g., SuccessFactors, ServiceNow):Prepare regular project meetingsSupport compliant documentation within projectsSupport project planning and monitoring activities (e.g. in Microsoft Azure DevOps)
Your Profile
3. You are currently studying a degree in information technology, economics or business management or a similar field and aim to complete a mandatory or voluntary 6-month internship as part of your studies
4. You have a keen interest in the areas of HR IT transformation and project management
5. You have previous experience or a keen interest in HR IT technologies
6. You are highly motivated, are able to independently organize your work and are willing to collaborate as part of a global team
7. You are able to structure your work flexibly to accommodate shifting priorities when necessary
8. You are able to drive progress on multiple topics and projects over the course of your working week
9. You have an open and proactive communicative style
10. You feel comfortable communicating in both English and German with the team and assisting with internal and external communication in both languages
Students from countries outside the EU require a German residence-/work permit.
