Main responsibilities
* Acting as receptionist by answering incoming calls and helping external and internal clients.
* Assisting with calendar maintenance and meeting schedule;
* Coordinating administrative tasks, copying, scanning, archiving and other administrative duties;
* Preparing professional documents such as engagement letters, audit reports, long form audit reports and various audit business presentations;
* Providing assistance with meeting and conference organisation, mail distribution, travel and hotel arrangements;
* Coordinating with other administrative departments within the firm.
Main requirements
* Bachelor degree as Management Assistant or equivalent required;
* At least 1 years of experience as administrative assistant in a professional services firm, ideally in Luxembourg;
* Fluency in French and English is mandatory, German and/or Luxembourgish is considered an asset;
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
* Ability to prioritise multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
* Strong organizational and communication skills,
* Results-oriented, deep attention to detail and accuracy.
