You will lead Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) in your geography covering all process areas from plan-to-cash. You will define and enable the delivery of the service, cash, cost, quality and safety targets of the market in line with the CS&L strategic vision. How you will contribute You will: Develop and execute a strategy to ensure delivery of cash, cost and service targets in daily operations and for specific projects (innovation, productivity, supply network design) Recruit, retain, engage, develop and manage talent to ensure there is a pipeline for critical positions Ensure cooperation with internal (commercial and supply chain teams) and external stakeholders (customers and third-party providers) so objectives are met Ensure business goals are achieved through the effectiveness of the IBP process Define logistics service operational guidelines (i.e., defining guidelines, parameters, service levels and standards) in which local third-party providers operate Deliver process and performance excellence, looking for opportunities to continuously improve across all CS&L areas (demand and supply planning, customization, warehousing and transportation, order-to-cash and cash-to-bill) Lead the master plan to progress in the integration journey, driving agility and integration `Define and bring to life a portfolio segmentation strategy to drive differentiated supply chain solutions tailored to different channel/customer needs What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career.
