Our office is nestled in Brauerei Ganter’s campus overlooking the Dreisam River with easy access to mountain bike trails and excellent road riding. You will work within a unique and dynamic European R&D facility for high end bicycles in Freiburg Germany. As a Senior Product Manager, Urban at our Freiburg office, you will be critical towards achieving our success. As an Urban Product Manager at Cannondale, you will be responsible for leading the development of our urban products. You will be responsible for defining and executing short- and medium-term goals for the development of the Urban product line, ensuring alignment with the brand vision and corporate objectives across our global markets. How You'll Make an Impact: Product Development Define competitive product portfolio and lineup, contributing to the overall urban strategy. Manage and steer product profitability and commercial success – own the business case for the assigned products; steer and manage margin results Lead development projects with a multifunctional team; establish collaboration with industrial design, engineering, marketing and production. Lifecycle Management Manage the entire lifecycle of products, from introduction to end-of-life, ensuring optimal performance and profitability. Conduct regular reviews of product performance, making recommendations for improvements, updates, or discontinuations. Implement strategies for product refreshments and iterations to maintain market relevance Manage all aspects of in-line products, including customer feedback, quality support and maintenance Market Research Analyze market data, customer needs and current market trends Assess competitor offerings and find opportunities for differentiation Establish and maintain existing and potential supplier partnerships Documentation, Compliance, Standards Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including BOMs, user guides, tech specs, FAQs and training materials Provide training and support to internal teams on new product features and updates Develop and proofread sales and marketing materials Ensure that products comply with industry standards, regulations and best practices.
