Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Senior Brand Media Specialist to join the EU Marketing team. This role will be responsible for driving brand awareness and engagement for our brands through Online Branding campaigns. The successful candidate will support the planning and execution of large-scale, brand-building campaigns across digital platforms. This role involves defining overall online branding strategy, fostering best practice across regions, as well as executing and analyzing campaigns. Responsibilities: Plan and execute Online Branding campaigns in EU: set strategy & objectives, manage budgets, run ad campaigns across all platforms (Youtube, DV360, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) Collaborate with media partners: review cross-regional and market specific media strategies & plans, ensure optimal media execution and timely reportings Use a test-and-learn approach to refine strategies and identify the optimal campaign mix through data insights. Drive cross-regional collaboration across all Pandora markets: foster knowledge exchange and best practice sharing across all Pandora brands and regions (incl. APAC) Optimize Content: Collaborate with C&P and local teams, optimize creatives, formats and targeting to engage the audience. Analyze Performance: Monitor KPIs, conduct A/B testing, and optimize campaigns Integrate upper and lower funnel campaigns to enhance brand relevance and maximize impact
