1. D&I Strategy: You play a crucial role in developing and implementing our D&I strategy, including designing associated change processes and targeted training and information offerings.
2. Sustainability Standards: Working closely with the Sustainability Team, you ensure compliance with current and future frameworks and standards.
3. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and global stakeholders to develop cross-functional initiatives that promote Diversity & Inclusion.
4. KPIs: Define and utilize metrics-based reports for sustainable monitoring and measurement of D&I initiatives.
5. Consultation: Provide expert advice on D&I for different departments and Manager
Your Skills Are in Demand:
6. People Background: Whether you hold a degree in humanities, social sciences, cultural studies, or have several years of experience in personnel and/or organizational development.
7. Passion for D&I: Strong understanding and enthusiasm for Diversity & Inclusion, along with initial experience in this field.
8. From Concept to Implementation: Leverage your analytical and conceptual strengths to efficiently bring projects to fruition.
9. Effective Communication: Confidently communicate in both German and English (minimum B2 level)."
