Associate Director - Global Total Rewards & HR Operations Executive Search
Location: Frankfurt (Hybrid)
The Head of Compensation & Benefits will play a pivotal role in the Global HR and executive Leadership Team, overseeing compensation, benefits, global mobility, and HR analytics across a complex, multinational organization with operations in multiple countries. The Head of will drive strategic initiatives, partnering with senior leadership to design and execute executive compensation frameworks, implement business transformation programs, and integrate HR analytics and digital tools to optimize decision-making and HR performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead compensation, benefits, global mobility, and HR analytics as a key member of the Global HR Leadership Team.
* Manage a strong team of experts at headquarters, influencing a global network across operational units.
* Advise the Supervisory Board on Management Board remuneration through the Remuneration Committee in current or most recent roles.
* Drive global compensation strategies to align with business goals and talent management.
* Oversee the Business Transformation Incentive Plan and manage executive incentives (STI, LTI) for senior leadership.
* Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational design and executive grading for top executives.
* Drive HR transformations to adapt practices in line with evolving business needs.
* Ensure alignment of HR solutions and governance with the company’s global strategic vision.
Qualifications:
* Extensive experience with executive board compensation in stock listed companies (preferred).
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and influence a global team of experts.
* Strong background in designing and implementing executive compensation frameworks, including STI and LTI programs.
* Experience with HR analytics tools such as Workday or similar platforms is a plus.
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience in executive board compensation within any listed company is required.
* A completed university degree in business administration or human resources management.
* At least 10 years of professional experience, with demonstrated experience in designing and implementing Compensation & Benefits programs in an international, global organization.
* Strong strategic planning, communication, and presentation skills.
* Excellent analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
* Intercultural competence with the ability to work in a global context.
* Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written).
