What you will do
1. Execute the decided marketing and communication program: launches, fairs, trade show, customer activities (visit to HQ, Tech days…), marketing and communication campaigns, account-based marketing activities
2. create or adapt the digital assets
3. Use and maintain the CRM marketing datas to generate bespoke communication activities
4. Measure and report on the success of campaigns
5. analyze, optimize and report on key metrics
6. Collaborate actively with the regional marketing team, the global marketing Industry, the digital team, the GKAM, the sales managers and the Marketing Excellence team
What you will need
7. University degree in economics, business administration, marketing or other related fields
8. 2+ years of Marketing Experience
9. Knowledge of B2B markets (industrial business) as well as B2C market (consumer goods)
10. Experience in professional Content-/Data Management Tools (e.g. PIM, DAM, CMS and/or Webshop systems) and webanalytics tools (e.g. Google Analystics, Searchmetrics etc.)
11. Well-funded SEO and Online Marketing skills (SEA/ Display/ Touchpoint/ Social Media Marketing)
12. Experience in a multinational company with a matrix organization
13. Excellent written and spoken English (level C1 or higher)
14. Good Presentation and Negotiation skills
15. Working autonomously and self-driven, while proactively seeking support when needed
16. Easily adapting to change and ambiguity
