We, the BMW Group, offer you an interesting and varied working student occupation in the area of XY. of "Artificial Intelligence, Data Transformation, and Extended Enterprise" at the BMW Group's central IT department. Your work will focus on the field of GenAI Literacy and Training. This role is centered around developing playful and engaging educational elements to enhance understanding and compliant use of GenAI services. By creating gamified learning experiences, you will help making AI technology accessible and enjoyable for employees.
What awaits you?
1. Develop and deliver training programs: create and conduct educational sessions and workshops to enhance the understanding and effective use of GenAI tools among employees.
2. Promote AI literacy: design and implement initiatives to improve AI literacy across the organization, ensuring that all stakeholders are well-informed about the capabilities and limitations of GenAI.
3. Regulatory compliance: ensure that all AI and GenAI applications comply with relevant regulations and guidelines. Develop training materials to educate employees on regulatory standards and best practices.
4. Collaborate interdisciplinarily: work with teams across AI technology and business operations to develop training materials that drive tangible business outcomes.
5. Evaluate GenAI tools: assess and provide feedback on new GenAI tools to ensure their effective integration into the organizational (platform) landscape.
6. Integrate gamification: develop and implement gamified elements in training programs to make learning about GenAI engaging and interactive.
What should you bring along?
7. Master studies in computer science, business informatics, media informatics, mathematics, applied mathematics, statistics, or a related field. Students from other fields with a sufficient skillset in computational or data-driven topics are also welcome (e.g., human factors, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, business with a specialization in digital topics, etc.).
8. Strong software programming background/experience (e.g., Python).
9. Proficiency in English and a basic to fluent level of German, both in spoken and written form.
10. Strong interest in and knowledge of topics like machine learning, deep learning, etc., and/or human-computer interactions.
11. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and guidelines related to AI and GenAI.
12. Experience with gamification techniques and creating engaging learning materials.
