As part of our Consumer Team, you’ll enhance customer satisfaction and drive global growth and profitability through innovative projects. Track and Manage Initiative Progress : Assist in maintaining structured tracking of key initiatives, including App Quality standards and OKRs. Help prepare clear timelines and ownership details, share updates regularly, and flag risks to the appropriate stakeholders. Support Knowledge-Sharing Efforts : Help facilitate knowledge-sharing by supporting all-hands meetings, product conferences, and information-sharing sessions. Assist with publishing playbooks and newsletters to ensure stakeholders have access to clear, consistent information. Improve Operational Processes : Help identify and suggest improvements to existing processes to increase overall efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. Support Cross-entity Operations : Collaborate with entities to influence operational decisions across various areas, including content quality. Help develop and share product knowledge (e.g., image enhancement solutions) to assist with smooth process execution. Proactively flag blocking issues or risks and independently execute tasks to enhance overall operational efforts. Assist in Data Collection and Insights : Collect, review, and organize data for product strategy and content quality reporting. Ensure data is structured and actionable, supporting informed decision-making across both strategic initiatives and content quality efforts.
