We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated TMT Power Platform Administrator to support enablement of USAFRICOM’s mission objectives. Responsibilities: USAFRICOM's Knowledge Management (KM) and Collaboration team seeks to develop solutions using agile methodology embodying modern UI/UX principles. In this role, you will: • Support and create client side and server-side applications in a development environment, test and validate code for accuracy in pre-production, and ensure interoperability and completeness to achieve desired results within the production environment. • Work with end-users to gather requirements, propose solutions and execute ad-hoc requests. • Communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. • Work in dynamic fast- paced environment that requires team interaction and coordination of efforts. • Demonstrate experience in interfacing with both client managers and system users. • Provide SharePoint Online & DoD365 Power Platform application development solutions and knowledge to enhance the command’s decision-making processes. • Install, configure, manage, develop test plans, and troubleshoot the TMT Power App. • Plan and coordinate Accenture’s yearly site visits for upgrading, enhancing, and performing system maintenance for TMT. • Provide technical support for TMT for user interface issues. • Provide advanced PowerBI reporting and visualization of data. • Use modern client-side technologies to develop SharePoint Framework (SPFx) such as JavaScript (ES6), TypeScript, Node.js, Bootstrap, React, TypeScript, Svelte, etc. • Have knowledge of common object models to include JSON, CSOM, and REST. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to co-workers. • Provide remote support and/or travel to customer sites as required. Qualifications: Required: • BA/BS 5 years or AA/AS 7 years, or a major cert 9 years or 13 years of recent specialized experience. • Current CompTIA Security (IAT Level II or greater). • Proficiency with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (ES6), React, SharePoint API, REST, CSOM and modern client-side development processes. • Experience with SharePoint & DoD365 Power Platform (including Power App, Dataverse, and PowerBI). • Customer Relationship Management / Dynamics 365 (TMT) experience. • Demonstrated understanding of software development using Agile methodology. • Must have an active Secret security clearance. Desired: ITIL v3 – Foundation. • Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, TypeScript, Bootstrap, Node.js, Knockout, Handlebars.js and the Visual Studio Code IDE. • MS PL-900 or equivalent Certification. • Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs. • Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards. • Experience with DoD IT security requirements. • Experience in a Microsoft DevOps environment, Git source control and working in an agile software development team. • Working understanding of MS Dataverse or MS Dynamics CRM. - ________________________________________________________________________________________ What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.
