Your principal responsibility will be to provide services as outlined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE but are not limited to: Care and recognition of Employees – using leadership skills, compassion, and experience, ensure a highly functioning, motivated, and satisfied workforce. All aspects of Contract Management with emphasis on meeting fill rates and all contractual obligations to the customer to include any deliverables. Assist with Business Development by establishing and maintaining professional relationships and identifying potential opportunities. Assist with Technical Proposal development as applicable and requested. Specific growth goals will be developed in coordination with the Managing Director and Director of Business Development. Provide Quality Control Assurance – conduct spot checks and regular QC inspections to ensure the highest possible quality of operations as described by each contract. Develop mitigation and risk management strategies as required. Oversee Security Operations (background checks, OPSEC, I-watch training, etc.) Assist with recruiting qualified candidates to fill existing and potential new positions, conduct interviews, participate in job fairs, etc. Conduct interviews, make candidate selections, provide salary recommendations, and assist with onboarding. Ensure timely submittal of employee time sheets, review and approve/deny absence requests. Backfill coordination – no gaps in service if possible/required by the contract. Financial overview of contracts to maintain situational awareness of individual contracts and LOB profitability Working with HR and the corporate attorney, address any legal matters that may arise. Assist with invoicing to verify amounts, hours billed, and expenses as requested. Expense Monitoring and approval of Travel. Equipment Ordering, Maintenance, and Inventory/Accountability. Directly supervise Project Managers, Team, and/or Site Leads. Perform as FC corporate interface and establish strong working relationships with Business Partners, COR’s and Contracting Officers Provide oversight and coordinate with the corporate Safety Specialist to ensure a safe work environment. QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent English and German skills Experience Managing a diverse team Knowledge of German and US labor laws Experience with the US Military is preferred but not required Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or five years of relevant work experience Experience building strong relationships with customers and managing contracts Become an integral part of the FC Leadership Team providing insight, recommendations, and knowledge sharing of expertise to the Managing Director and/or other leadership team members for all aspects of the business.
