* Leadership & Team Development: Responsible for leading, developing and motivating a team focused on collection management and process optimization; definition of clear roles and KPIs
* Financial Operations & Collections: Manage Collections and Dunning Strategies to optimize cashflow and minimize overdue invoices; Develop and refine SOPs for collections and dispute resolution; drive automatization and efficiency improvements in current and planned invoicing tools
* Cross functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Sales, Customer Sucess, Legal and Tax to align invoicing and collection effectiveness index; identify process gaps and root causes and areas for financial improvement; Support data-driven insights and financial reporting
* 3-5 years of relevant work experience in billing, collections or financial operations, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment
* Experience in leading teams, driving process improvements and automatization
* Knowledge of Order to Cash process and multi-entity invoicing
* Execllent Communication Skills (fluent oral and written in english and german) with the ability to work cross-functionally and align stakeholders
* Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and define KPIs
* Hands-on mentality, self-motivated, felxible and a proactive team player
* Experience with SAP, Salesforce is an advantage
* High level of autonomy
