Responsibilities
include (but are not limited to):
1. Research, identify and build relationships with potential strategic business partners, as part of a process to operationalise the strategy
2. Establish business model and ways of working with regional partners, allocate relevant KPIs and performance measurement practice and challenge if required
3. Collect and analyse market data and market potential and make recommendation for market entry plans and routes to market
4. Execute strong business case analysis on the recommendation on market entry plans and sales channels, responsible for seeking new ways to market
5. Conduct regional and partner performance analysis to create projections, planning, and growth models
6. Auditing regional partners compliance with Grenadier processes and standards and create action plans part of the performance management practice. Appoint and terminate regional business partners as and when required
What we are looking for:
7. International customer and product launch business development experience
8. A creative approach and ‘out of the box’ thinking is more important than automotive sector experience.
9. Proven track record working in an international business environment
10. Good understanding on global automotive-related trends, especially linked to the 4x4 off-road segment
11. Strong analytical and negotiating skills
