About This Job : As the leader of the Uro-Oncology national sales team, you’re dedicated to nurturing individuals into high-performing teams, driving sustainable business performance. You will be collaborating closely with brand-team members shaping our brand strategy to ensure excellent sales execution, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. Key Activities:
1. Play a pivotal role in defining and executing the Sales Strategy for Astellas, particularly in the Oncology sector, collaborating closely with other departments to bolster the company's reputation as a trusted partner in the market.
2. Responsible for leading and motivating the national sales team within their assigned indication field, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
3. Oversee the development and implementation of effective sales and account management strategies by conducting thorough market, competition, and customer analyses in conjunction with cross-functional teams.
4. Establish sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), continuously monitoring sales performance, and generating insightful reports to drive decision-making and optimize outcomes.
5. Provide market and customer feedback, contributing to strategic and operational planning efforts. Additionally, as a member of the brand team, you will collaborate in the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns, while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the oncology sector.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
6. Comprehensive understanding of oncology market dynamics, including competitors, trends, regulations, and reimbursement policies, to effectively position the brand.
7. Demonstrated leadership in managing and motivating sales teams, setting clear objectives, and achieving targets across multiple regions.
8. Proven track record in developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share expansion in oncology.
9. Exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively convey the brand's value proposition.
10. Results-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data, identify trends, and optimize sales strategies for maximum impact.
11. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in English at a business level.
