PositionOverview We are seeking for a strong and charismatic leader with aproven track record in leading oncology or specialty sales forthteams on a national level. Working closely with the DACH & NLGroup Country Manager, Medical Affairs Director and AssociateDirector Access to improve the overall success of the leadershipteam and the ability to overachieve sales and revenue targets.Operational Excellence is a strong driver in our business. Closecollaboration with the commercial operations team in Zug is key forsuccess. This role will be based in South Germany, with regulartravel to our office in Munich. Essential Duties Include, but arenot limited to, the following: - Main task is leadership of the GERsales team to fully leverage the best in class product Oncotype DXBreast Recurrence Score in breast centers and key accounts acrossGermany. - Development of a national sales strategy as member ofDACH leadership tip. - Implement and optimize the KOL managementand Peer to peer education strategy. - Optimize the existingaccount management system in constant exchange with salesexcellence team in Zug and DACH leadership team. - Potential driventerritory management for all sales territories, specificquantitative and qualitative goal setting and optimization ofbusiness review process with Key Account Manager team - The SalesManager will be the spearhead of the whole Key Account Manager teamin optimizing and strengthen the collaboration with national andregional Key Opinion Leaders together with the Director medicalaffairs. Focusing on implementation of the company strategy anddevelopment of Excellence Centers amongst the respective TOPaccounts. Strengthen relationship to experts in GynecologicalOncology, Oncology, Pathology, Urology, … to increase support forthe overall company strategy. - Consistent demonstration ofexceptional leadership qualities, including but not limited to theability to attract and retain the best team, foster a culture ofhigh performance, lead with integrity, humility, accountability,and courage, and set a clear vision to energize teams towards thefuture. - Effectively manage, support, and guide your team,including, but not limited to delegating tasks andresponsibilities, assess employee performance and provide helpfulfeedback and training opportunities. Minimum Qualifications -Significant pharmaceutical/diagnostics sales team managementexperience, ideally within oncology or specialty business. - Strongexperience and track record in selling with a strong record ofsuccess promoting complex products in - medical oncology and/ordiagnostics. - Marketing or managed care experience is a plus. -Self-motivated. - Strong business acumen. - Strong interpersonal,organizational and communication skills. - Ability to communicateeffectively at all levels of the organization. - Experienced andmotivated coach – develop a team of top performing sales experts. -High degree of flexibility to allow efficient coaching and KOLmanagement. - Life science degree/clinical experience are a plus. -Clean GER driver’s license. #LI-TK1 Our success relies on theexperiences and perspectives of a diverse team, and Exact Sciencesfosters a culture where all employees can develop personally andprofessionally with a sense of respect and belonging.
