About the position: Department: People & Organization Team: People & Organization Location: Munich Remote status: In-person Number of positions: 1 This position requires an in-person presence at our lovely office in the Bavarian capital of Munich. What you will be doing? Support HR Operations: Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing documentation, coordinating welcome sessions, and ensuring a smooth integration into the company. Maintain HR records and assist with administrative tasks related to employee lifecycle processes. Facilitate Employee Engagement: Help plan and execute team-building activities, employee well-being initiatives, and internal events to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Gather employee feedback and suggest ways to improve engagement and satisfaction. Be the First Point of Contact for Employees: Support employees with day-to-day questions related to HR policies, office processes, and general workplace matters. Act as a friendly and approachable resource for the Munich team. Assist in Recruitment Coordination: Support scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and ensuring a positive experience for job applicants. Maintain an Organized Office Environment: Ensure the office remains a welcoming and well-equipped space, supporting employees with their workspace needs and coordinating with vendors when necessary. Ensure Compliance & Well-Being: Support compliance with health, safety, and HR regulations, ensuring a safe and productive working environment. What you bring to the team? Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively. Friendly, proactive, and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Interest in HR topics and willingness to learn about HR operations. Ability to work independently while also collaborating well in a team setting. Business fluent level of German (min C1) and fluency in English. Previous experience in an HR-related or administrative role is a plus. Why Qwist?
