Responsibilities
Join our dynamic B2B SaaS company as a Product Manager, Platform, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technical platform. This platform serves as the foundation for all our customer-facing products, enabling us to deliver exceptional value across our Support, Control, and Manage product suites globally. You will be at the heart of driving our product vision and strategy, transforming platform insights into actionable, impactful product roadmaps.
1. Lead the development planning and execution of our platform's product strategy, ensuring alignment with our overarching product portfolio and business objectives
2. Collaborate with our global Product Management, Sales, R&D, Customer Support and Marketing teams to create and deliver products that meet the evolving needs of our enterprise customers
3. Utilize customer feedback, market analysis, and data-driven insights to prioritize and develop product features and capabilities, expanding our use cases and customer base
4. Maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends, leveraging this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and product differentiation
5. Foster strong relationships with Product Managers, Product Owners, and cross-functional stakeholders, aligning on the vision and requirements for the platforms
6. Represent and advocate for our platform products at external events, showcasing our innovations and engaging with the broader industry community
Requirements
7. A university or college degree in the field of Computer Science, Media Design, Information Technology or a related subject or relevant work experience
8. At least 3 years of professional experience in Product Management within a B2B software product environment, demonstrating success in shaping products for expanding markets
9. Background in Enterprise Software management in the wider sense (knowledge of requirements related to Enterprise Software, internal implementation or at customer side, driving projects on selecting an appropriate Enterprise Software Solution, etc.)
10. Exposure to working with agile development teams and a proven ability to navigate between them and the customer or customer facing departments requirements to have an estimated time planning.
11. Exceptional analytical skills, with a talent for translating both qualitative and quantitative data into compelling product strategies and concepts.
12. Strong communication and influence skills, with the confidence to represent our organization in diverse forums, both internally and externally.
13. A proactive, hands-on approach, coupled with a willingness to engage in multi-tasking and tackle challenges in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
14. Fluency in English is mandatory
