Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Specialist with a focus on Restructuring- and M&A Tax. The Tax Specialist will be part of our Group Tax and Legal department, reporting into the Director Group Taxes & Legal, with the aim to support our more than 60 European entities (Factories, Sales companies, R&D Centers and Innovation/Investment Center) in Restructuring- and M&A Tax related matters. This position can be based out of Nieuw-Vennep (The Netherlands, Amsterdam area), Soest (Germany), Argenteuil (France, Paris area). Key Responsibilities: Support in navigating tax implications during restructuring and M&A transactions like business transfers or legal mergers (both across borders), DAC6 reporting Work closely with legal and financial teams to ensure seamless integration of tax strategies in M&A activities Cooperate with legal team in creation / coordination of tax opinions & project plans for corporate restructurings Close cooperation with controlling colleagues & senior management on financial planning and valuation aspects Actively participate in Post-Merger-Integration, e.g. aligning transfer price models We offer: Hybrid work schedule & a focus on work life balance Attractive employment conditions possibilities for personal development in an international work setting Skills & Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Taxation, Finance, Accounting, or a related field Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in international tax, with a strong focus Restructuring and M&A projects.
