WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Become part of our Human Resources unit. We support business units in the Monomers division in strategic and operational HR decisions and coordinate global HR activities. We are looking for you as a dedicated support for our HR team in the area of process optimization and digitalization. As part of the team, you will record, visualize and analyze current business processes and develop optimization options.
* You will be part of the project from the very beginning and will be responsible for the detailed description and visualization of current HR processes, including the steps and data sources involved.
* You will also record the requirements and expectations of the directly and indirectly involved stakeholders.
* Learning from others: You will analyze similar projects and collect best practice experiences from other units in order to identify best practices.
* Your collaboration will help to define the current situation and objectives of the process.
* After preparing the data basis, you will use the Microsoft Power Platform to convert the processes identified as inefficient into digital processes.
WHAT YOU OFFER
* current studies in business informatics or a similar field of study
* interest in data analysis, process optimization, visualization and digitization
* analytical thinking and the ability to structure and visualize complex information
* initial experience in working with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is beneficial
* team orientation and the ability to work with different stakeholders as well as good communication and presentation skills
