About the role:
As part of the team, you’ll join a dynamic, mature market where our client has a strong presence—but they're aiming higher. They're seeking curious, creative thinkers ready to elevate their success. In this role, you’ll support and train junior team members, develop partnership and referral strategies, manage lead distribution, and drive SDR performance and growth.
What will be your impact:
* Lead and support SDRs with daily activities, performance goals, and recruitment.
* Identify training needs, onboard new salespeople, and mentor the team with in-depth product knowledge.
* Collaborate with your SDR Manager and internal teams to create impactful educational materials—presentations, sales scripts, and product updates—and design engaging training sessions with gamification, role-plays, and pitch simulations.
* Drive strategic prospecting, targeting key players, and refining outreach strategies for impact.
You would be great fit if you have:
* +4 years of experience in Sales
* +2 years as a Team Lead (preferably in SaaS).
* Have native level of English.
* Enjoy taking initiative and achieving results
* Like to be challenged in a dynamic environment
* Can work individually and has a strong team spirit
* Are organised, precise and demonstrate good communication skills
* Show creativity: creative people are those who share, suggest, and dare to innovate!
