Your new job includes
As Sales Manager (m/f/d) for the region ‘Western Europe’ you will be responsible for the direct support of B2B customers in Germany, Belgium, Ireland and Guernsey.
In particular, you will
* take over the independent support of our customers and locations - including responsibility for results (P&L) - and be regularly present on site
* integrate our GH processes at the customer with an eye for the big picture and manage smooth operational processes
* develop sales and earnings forecasts through forward-looking planning and identify potential for optimizing our business
* design effective pricing strategies and a suitable promotional portfolio together with Category Management, Marketing and Purchasing
* be responsible for receivables management and play an active role in contract negotiations and tender processes
* prepare and conduct annual meetings with a strategic flair and continuously develop customer-specific processes
Preferred Profile
* Completed business studies or similar training and professional experience in sales in a retail company
* Business fluent in English and German, other languages would be a plus
* A high level of management and coordination skills with regard to cross-departmental cooperation
* Strong conceptual and strategic skills as well as strong negotiation skills
* Willingness to travel occasionally
