IT Contract & License Manager (f/m/x)
Your responsibilities
1. License inventory management: Establish and maintain an accurate inventory of software licenses including different licenses contracts, license keys and entitlements
2. License compliance: Ensuring compliance with software licensing agreements including tracking license usage renewals and compliance audits.
3. License optimization: Optimizing software license usage to minimize costs and maximize value including managing license agreements negotiations and consolidations
4. Vendor selection: Identifying and selecting vendor suppliers and service providers through a competitive bidding process, including evaluating vendor proposals and negotiation contracts
5. Budget management: Monitoring and managing procurement budgets expenditures and cost savings opportunities to optimize spending and achieve cost efficiency
Your profile
You´ve come to the right team if you are willing to support our team with your great ability to manage relationships with software vendors negotiate contracts resolve disputes and ensuring compliance with software licensing requirements. Don´t be afraid to apply if you have only one experience of the listed ones.
6. Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Business Administration or similar.
7. Experience with procurement, license management, negotiation skills and vendor management.
8. Strong structured and reliable working attitude
9. Self-initiative, detailed-oriented with excellent coordination skills
10. Flexible thinker able to operate in a changing environment
11. Team player with very good communication skills (english fluent)
