Specialist QA Systems Training (m/w/d)
Mainz, Germany | full time | Job ID: 8821 The Specialist QA Systems - Training supports the development of a global training program in the Veeva eQMS, aligning to One QMS initiatives. This role works cross-functionally with various sites and departments to ensure alignment and harmonization of the training program. In addition, this role will support the development and/or creation of applicable training within the network. Your responsibilities:
Support the establishment of global standards for Training management within the GxP framework
Manage process improvements such as onboarding and the related training activities
Manage training requests within the training portals
Create SOPs, WI and applicable training in support to the OneQMS initiatives
Work cross-functionally with all Units to facilitate Training Community of Practice and work towards continuous improvement
What you have to offer:
Experience in implementation, migration and operation of (electronic) Quality Management Systems (preferably Veeva)
Profound knowledge of EU GMP and FDA regulations
Several years of work experience in manufacturing, quality control or quality assurance or other relevant area, ideally in a biotech or pharmaceutical company
University degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Microbiology, Engineering or other technical/scientific area
High carefulness and accuracy in the way of working, conscientiousness and detail-orientation
Refined colloquial and correspondence and moderator skills in both German and English
