Requirements
- Commercial training, preferably as an accountant (m/f/d) or successfully completed business studies.
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable managerial position; ideally knowledge of the housing industry and tax law.
- Proficient use of the MS Office package; knowledge of the “Immotion” software is an advantage.
- Independent and structured way of working.
- Leadership skills, ability to work in a team, and strong communication skills.
- Very good understanding of numbers.
- Commitment, discretion, and adherence to deadlines are important.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Operational responsibility for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting for all companies in the group.
- Technical management of two employees.
- Preparation of payroll accounting.
- Contact for auditors and tax auditors.
- Preparation of advance VAT returns.
- Support in the preparation of tax returns.
- Preparation and coordination for annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB).
- Creating transparency by compiling and evaluating operational key figures.
- Process responsibility for accounting business processes, adaptation of workflows, and digitization.
