As our Property Management Associate, you will have the chance to join our company just as we are expanding our DACH markets and growing our business significantly.
You will have an impact on:
* Assist in maintaining positive relationships with guests by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Work closely with the guest experience team to improve guest experience.
* Support in conducting regular property inspections and ensuring that maintenance requests are handled promptly. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff to resolve issues efficiently.
* Provide administrative support, including maintaining property files, updating systems and prioritizing requests.
* Designing scalable operations processes (SOPs) and automating them as much as possible.
* Establish and maintain strong, accountable relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring the quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness of services. Enforce standards of trust and transparency in all vendor dealings, addressing any concerns or discrepancies promptly.
What you will add to our Crew:
* 1-2 years of experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong interest in property management in an operations heavy startup environment (hospitality, logistics, q-commerce, etc.)
* You’re a natural communicator with a hands-on personality who is not afraid to get his hands dirty
* Ambition towards flawless execution and operational excellence
* Willingness to sporadically jump in on weekends if necessary
* A driver’s license is a plus
* Fluency in English and at least C1 level in German
