What you will do
: Process Analysis and Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies to enhance overall performance. Sales Tools and Systems: In partnership with a CRM team, manage and optimize sales tools and systems to support the sales team’s effectiveness Data Management and Reporting: Oversee the management of sales data, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Generate reports to provide insights and support decision-making. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, legal and finance teams to ensure alignment and streamline operations. Training and Support: Provide training and support to the sales team on new processes and tools, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption. Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of process improvements and drive continuous improvement.
