In this role, you'll help German agencies and businesses launch and optimize their online advertising campaigns, making a real impact on their success.
Purpose of the Role:
As a Campaign Specialist, youll work closely with clients in the German market, guiding them through their first digital advertising campaigns. Its a target-driven role where youll work towards both individual goals and contribute to a collaborative onboarding team.
Responsibilities:
* Act as a trusted consultant, assisting clients to onboard and create impactful PPC campaigns.
* Understand customer needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions to help them grow.
* Drive spend, upsell opportunities, and long-term campaign sustainability.
* Manage a high volume of client interactions daily via phone, ensuring top-quality support.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
* BA/BS degree or equivalent (an MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).
* At least 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
* A strong desire to meet and exceed productivity, customer satisfaction, and target goals.
* ️ Excellent communication skills to pitch on the phone and compose compelling proposals.
* Effective time management and self-organization skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for optimization.
* Client-focused with a passion for customer interaction and business success.
* A team player who thrives in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
* Native level of German.
* High proficiency in English.
