As Senior ServiceNow Admin (all genders) for our ServiceNow Platform (SNP) you will play a crucial role in configuring, developing, and maintaining our ServiceNow platform, ensuring its effective utilisation across the organisation. Your ability to manage complex ServiceNow environments, lead system improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams will be instrumental in optimising workflows, improving service delivery, and driving innovation within our company. WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING) Oversee the end-to-end operation, maintenance, and support of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and system security by managing roles, permissions, and access controls. Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, proactively implementing solutions to enhance platform stability, data integrity, and user experience. Analyze business processes, recommending and leading automation, workflow optimization, and process improvements using ServiceNow to boost operational efficiency. Conduct health checks, manage deployments, upgrades, and patches to keep the system secure and up-to-date, while implementing minor enhancements and managing the lifecycle of user stories. Collaborate with cross-functional teams as the ServiceNow expert to ensure cohesive integration and alignment across initiatives. WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF You bring 4-6 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, with a proven track record of managing and optimising the platform. You possess deep expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies, enabling you to customise and enhance ServiceNow applications effectively. You have a strong background in developing and maintaining integrations with third-party systems, utilising REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, LDAP, SSO, and other relevant protocols to ensure seamless interoperability. You have an in-depth understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including database structure and application design, allowing you to build and maintain scalable solutions. You excel in debugging and troubleshooting complex issues within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring high system reliability and performance. You are well-versed in ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines, consistently delivering high-quality, compliant solutions.
