* You are passionate about the strategic acquisition of new customers and support from our customers and bear full responsibility for your accounts
* You are the spearhead for contact with our project partners and interested parties, but you also feel equally comfortable in the classic sales channels of retail, projects and e-commerce
* You take flexible and creative ways to make contacts, whether in person at events, or via our office staff or social media
* In personal contact, service is important to you, you answer questions before they are asked, and you don't lose sight of the conclusion
* You like to work in a team, you like to lend a hand and contribute to our constant development
* You like to be on the road, for regular visits to partners and key accounts, at events or trade fairs
* You set the strategy and coordinate and negotiate annual agreements and projects
* You identify, analyze and tap into customer potential and monitor the competition
* You independently plan budgets as well as the associated creation of target/actual deviations as well as the resulting derivations of measures
Dein Profil
* You are experienced in sales and have already looked after larger business partners in your past
* You have a degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship with professional experience in field sales, especially in the acquisition of new customers
* You have experience and know-how in channel management and, ideally, in the support of key accounts
* You enjoy dealing with people, providing personal advice and acquiring new customers
* Your affinity for design and technology is pronounced, so that you can quickly find your way into the world of furnishings, lighting concepts and design or already know it.
* Ideally, you have already gained experience with sales in the lighting industry, an existing network of furniture, lighting or architectural industries is desirable
* You are a strong communicator and have a convincing appearance with which you inspire customers for our product
* You have a very good command of English (B2, C1) to work in our international team. In addition, you are fluent in Polish, German is desirable but not a must
* Thanks to your technical understanding, you are experienced in dealing with common CRM systems and the corresponding hardware
