Aufgaben
Responsible for identification, assessment, business solicitation, association, and market opportunities for Automotive Technology as primary focus and product reliability in other product categories (consumer, medical, industrial).
Identify and drive technical capability readiness of Thailand labs to develop new markets, services and key accounts within assigned markets, including cross selling opportunities.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, trends, and potential clients.
Develop go-to-market sales strategy and tactics to achieve or exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets and grow customer base in assigned scope within Thailand.
Drive related marketing, market research and competitive intelligence activities.
Monitor project deliveries and deadlines.
Work with sales team and other stakeholders with all consensus to develop and prepare sales forecasting and planning with high quality and consistency.
Analyze accurate forecast on period monthly, quarterly, and 18 months.
Use POC, SCO to forecast using input from Sales, Operations, and finance.
Use sales tools, CAP file, and other sales tracking to improve sales and commercial effectiveness.
Qualifikationen
Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering / Business discipline.
Minimum of 10 years of sales, sales management, consulting in global organisations.
Preferably with prior experience in automotive electronics industry.
Experience in managing teams including budgetary responsibilities.
Able to speak chinese will be advantage.
Ability to work in a team, meticulous, and target-driven personality.
