We are looking for an experienced and talented
Head of Global Digital Marketing Communications (m/f/d)
to lead global MarCom efforts for Dentsply Sirona’s Equipment Team (CTS – Connected Technology Solutions). This individual will be responsible for shaping and executing a compelling marketing communications strategy, driving brand awareness, and ensuring consistent messaging across all products, channels and geographies. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2B marketing, digital communications, and product storytelling. They should be highly collaborative, able to navigate a global matrix organization, and have experience working in a highly regulated medical device industry.
Your role:
* Develop and execute a global marketing communications strategy for CTS in alignment with Dentsply Sirona’s corporate and product-level messaging.
* Lead brand positioning, storytelling, and messaging framework for CTS product lines, ensuring differentiation and market impact.
* Oversee multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, PR, events, and sales enablement) to drive engagement and business growth.
* Manage a team of marketing communications professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Digital Marketing, Commercial, and Corporate Communications.
* Optimize and oversee content development for product launches, events, and digital platforms, ensuring global consistency.
* Align marketing communication efforts with business goals, ensuring support for revenue generation and brand equity.
* Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to refine messaging and strategies.
* Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and corporate branding guidelines.
Your Profile:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* Several years of experience in global marketing communications, brand management, or corporate communications, ideally in the dental, medical device, or healthcare industry.
* Proven track record of leading integrated marketing campaigns in a B2B healthcare or technology-driven environment.
* Experience managing high-performing teams and working in a global matrix organization.
* Strong background in digital marketing, content strategy, PR, and event marketing.
* Experience in managing agencies, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.
* Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into compelling marketing communications.
* Excellent storytelling and content development skills, with experience creating engaging customer-centric messaging.
* Deep knowledge of digital marketing trends, analytics, and performance measurement.
* Strong leadership and collaboration skills to work across business units and geographies.
* Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and digital advertising platforms.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, German and or Japanese is a plus.
* 20 % of Travel, including global events and internal business meetings.
