As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the recruitment process of your candidates portfolio.
Your responsibilities will be:
* Develop a thorough understanding of the agency's business sectors, activities, and specific needs
* Publication of targeted job offers
* Identifying/sourcing candidates (junior and senior specialists) through job boards
* Making pre-qualification calls
* Scheduling and conducting your own interviews
* Presenting your candidates to the internal teams by taking actions
* Following up and informing candidates on the ongoing recruitment process
* Supporting Business Managers with your candidates portfolio
* Suggesting areas of improvement related to HR Marketing
What we are looking for:
* You hold a Master's degree
* A first professional experience in the field of recruitment (min. 6 months) is an advantage
* Work experience between 0 to 3 years
* German is your native language
* A sense of rigor and good writing skills
* A taste for the industry
* Soft skills that will make a difference for this position: very good interpersonal skills, high capacity for active listening, dynamic and contagious energy, sense of teamwork
