As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the marketing team in Germany. This role requires a seasoned professional with a passion for consumer goods, who can oversee a talented marketing team and drive the company's marketing, licensing, and publishing initiatives. The Marketing Manager will play a critical role in enhancing brand visibility, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring that marketing campaigns resonate with diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives, focusing on brand development, product launches, and market expansion. Oversee licensing agreements and partnerships, ensuring that collaborations are aligned with brand values and contribute to market growth. Manage and expand the company's publishing initiatives, including print and digital content, to engage target audiences effectively. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights, using this data to inform marketing decisions. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies that maximise ROI. Oversee the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional media. Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all marketing and communication channels. What are we looking for? A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing. Experience in the toy or consumer goods industry is highly desirable. Proven experience in managing licensing agreements and publishing projects is essential. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of leading successful marketing teams. Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that drive brand growth and market share. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
