Digitization in the energy industry, as well as changing regulatory requirements of the energy market, require efficient and flexible software solutions and reliable support in the realization of forward-looking IT projects. In addition to the integration of various solutions and architecture modules, efficient market communication between the players in the energy market must be ensured, among other things. With the advancing process digitalization and automation of market communication in the industry, the increasing requirements for cryptography and the use of Smart Meter PKI in market communication, modern interfaces and protocols are a mandatory part and basis for the energy industry.
We are looking for energetic support in the operation of our solutions for market communication to complement our cloud teams.
Your Tasks:
1. Contact person for our customers (energy suppliers in Germany) in the area of market communication and support of our cloud solution in daily operations.
2. Independent and responsible work, also in direct contact with our customers
3. Handling, coordination and monitoring of data exchange processes
4. Identification and elimination of system errors
5. Service-oriented and case-closing clarification of customer concerns
6. Telephone customer support (clarification cases)
7. Monitoring of regular adjustments to regulatory requirements (format changes)
8. Creation of new partners, master data, certificates
9. Support for new and further development of data formats for market communication
Your Profile:
10. Completed training in the commercial field (ideally in IT) or comparable training with at least 2 years of professional experience or completed studies in economics, computer science, business informatics.
11. Knowledge in the energy industry especially in market communication (GPKE, GeLi, format change, Edifact, Mail, AS2) is an advantage
12. Practical experience in consulting and project environment is advantageous
13. Interest in IT projects and digitalization
14. Very good written and spoken German skills are required
