Responsibilities
:
1. Create regional integrated marketing plans across owned and partner channels within Germany that bring player acquisition and engagement
2. Combine player, market/culture and product insights with our goals, to define marketing tactics and KPIs
3. Expert in your local market, utilising data to develop campaigns and strategies unique to your region
4. Embody the voice of our player, their needs, motivations, and insights to assist and inform brand growth, product development and marketing strategies
5. Author campaign briefs and track campaign readiness by setting marketing indicators that improve player acquisition, engagement, retention and advocacy for the brand
6. Track and interpret campaign performance data and turn into actions
7. Manage Germany’s marketing budget: Inform allocation of marketing budget in collaboration with Head of European Marketing, inform optimisation of investments throughout the year according to campaign and channel performance.
8. Orchestrate local campaign execution as the partner for regional CFX teams and agencies
Experience:
9. You have broad mid-senior level marketing experience in gaming or entertainment
10. A thinker, you have analytics skills that translate into brand storytelling
11. A planner, fast learning and excelling with planning tools and software
12. Appetite for everything digital & social - experience developing campaigns and testing new growth platforms
13. Mid-senior level experience leading and executing campaigns with agencies and internally
