We are seeking a talented and motivated colleague to join our dynamic team. As Global Operational Process Manager you will be working very closely with individual Group entities to identify solutions to operational inefficiencies.
Global Operations Process Manager (m/w/d)
* You continuously optimise internal processes to ensure operational excellence and minimise costs.
* You work with the local Operations Management Teams as well as directly with the manufacturing teams.
* To ensure an element of independence you report directly to the Head of Corporate Unit Supply Chain and Operations.
* This role involves international travel and will occasionally require overnight stays away from home as you will be embedded in a local entity to understand issues and commence data collection.
* You have excellent organisational, project management and analytical skills.
* You have proven experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally manufacturing.
* Additional experience in logistics is a benefit.
* Personally you need to be very organised, calm and able to manage multiple assignments.
* To manage and resolve project challenges you adopt a hands-on approach.
* This position offers flexibility in terms of location and will require international travel depending on project needs.
* You are a clear communicator with the ability to work effectively across international teams.
* 1st Degree in Engineering or Operations Management is an advantage.
