As Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our global digital marketing strategy. You’ll manage digital campaigns, oversee content creation, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who enjoys working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Who you are
In addition to a strong can-do mentality and extensive marketing experience, you own the following qualities and qualifications:
* Experience: 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation in a B2B environment.
* Expertise in Tools & Platforms:
* SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
* Social media management (LinkedIn, Instagram, HubSpot)
* Website management (WordPress)
* Content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite)
* Strong Writing & Editing Skills: Excellent ability to craft compelling content in German (native) and English (fluent).
* Analytical & Creative Mindset: Ability to analyze performance data and optimize marketing efforts accordingly.
* Project Management Skills: Highly organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Reporting: You would report directly to the Head of Marketing & Events for Eraneos Germany, working side-by-side and in addition, a team player with entire global marketing team.
* Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

* Content Creation & Optimization: Create, edit, and manage high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, brochures, whitepapers, presentations, and other marketing materials.
* Website Management: Ensure up-to-date, accurate, and engaging content on company websites using WordPress.
* SEO & SEM: Optimize content for search engines, run paid ad campaigns, and analyze performance for ongoing improvements.
* Performance Monitoring & Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns and suggest data-driven optimizations.
* Branding & CI/CD Compliance: Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets while aligning with corporate identity guidelines.
* Collaborations & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams, consultants, and external partners to create compelling and data-backed content.
