As an IT Technician at our Donauwörth location, you will deliver exceptional support to users. In this 2nd Level Support role, you will handle tickets and inspire with your service-oriented approach.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Process support requests and incidents within the SNOW ticketing system, utilizing technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues.
* Identify errors and implement efficient and effective solutions, ensuring minimal downtime for end-users.
* Manage inventory and IT-related aspects of meeting/video rooms, the data center, and the training room.
Your Essential Skills:
* Experience in IT support and working with ticketing systems, with a strong foundation in second-level support.
* Proficiency in Microsoft environment, with knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting.
* Excellent customer and service orientation, with strong communication skills.
* Fluency in German language, with good English skills and a passion for using them daily.
