Requirements
- Commercial training, preferably as an accountant (m/f/d) or a successfully completed business studies
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable managerial position; ideally knowledge of the housing industry and tax law
- Proficient use of the MS Office package; knowledge of the “Immotion” software is an advantage
- Independent and structured way of working
- Leadership skills, ability to work in a team, and strong communication skills
- Very good understanding of numbers
- Commitment, discretion, and adherence to deadlines are essential
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Operational responsibility for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting for all companies in the group
- Technical management of two employees
- Preparation of payroll accounting
- Contact for auditors and tax auditors
- Preparation of advance VAT returns
- Support in the preparation of tax returns
- Preparation and coordination for annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
- Creating transparency by compiling and evaluating operational key figures
- Process responsibility for accounting business processes, adaptation of workflows, and digitization
