As the head of sales, you will be instrumental in driving the transition from founder-led growth to a structured sales-led model. You will take over closing responsibilities from the CEO, coach and train the sales team, and drive revenue growth within the financial sector. This role involves working on mid-market and enterprise deals, with deal sizes starting at €50K and reaching multimillion levels, where sales cycles range from 9 to 14 months.
Responsibilities
* Manage a team of 5 sales professionals
* Coach and train the sales team to improve performance.
* Take over closing responsibilities from the CEO.
* Help structure and refine the company’s sales strategy & process.
* Build a repeatable, predictable revenue model.
* Close mid-market and enterprise deals, ranging from €50K to multimillion ARR.
* Engage in outbound efforts and leverage networking opportunities to drive pipeline growth.
Must-Haves:
* Based in Munich.
* 3+ years of closing experience in mid-market/enterprise sales, closing complex deals.
* 1+ year of leadership experience (coaching, training, or team management).
