What we are looking for:
* Location: Candidates must be currently based in London (UK), Paris (France), the US East Coast, or ideally Düsseldorf (Germany).
* Experience: 12+ years in creative leadership, combining strategic expertise with hands-on execution. At least 5+ years managing graphic design, video, and copywriting teams, as well as key stakeholders.
* Background: Strong experience in both advertising agencies and in-house creative roles.
* Portfolio: A proven track record of innovative campaigns across NA/EU markets, including retail packaging design and social video, particularly within FMCG (family products preferred).
* Skills & Approach:
o Hands-on mindset, with the ability to build processes and teams from scratch.
o Expertise in managing global contractors and delivering high-quality assets at both global and local levels.
o Deep knowledge of content production, tools, and workflows optimized for speed and scale.
o Strong communicator and collaborator, effective across teams, functions, and seniority levels.
o A strategic visionary with strong business acumen, capable of aligning creative work with company strategy while excelling in tactical execution.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
* Creative Leadership & Execution:
* Develop and implement a design strategy aligned with company goals, overseeing high-impact creative concepts across all brand touchpoints (digital, social, print, packaging, retail).
* Build and integrate a global network of creative partners, ensuring seamless processes for efficient, high-quality execution.
* Direct the creation of world-class assets, providing hands-on feedback to ensure all outputs are on-brand, strategic, and impactful.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery with excellence.
