Responsibilities:
The aim of the position is the continuous production of aerosol cans and components according to the production plan, specification and in perfect quality in compliance with the applicable safety and environmental protection guidelines as well as the general rules of conduct as well as use in the packing area. In detail, your tasks include:
* Running production lines according to production schedule
* Inspection and cleaning of machines and systems
* Performing quality checks
* Collaboration in repairs, maintenance and conversion measures on machines and systems
* Implementation of reject-reducing measures
* Fault detection, analysis and elimination
* Support and cooperation in preventive maintenance
* Collaboration on improvement projects
* Preparation of all necessary documentation
* Reworking of blocked goods
* Cooperation with the employees in the packing area
* Responsibility for order and cleanliness in the area of responsibility
* Disposal of waste
* Compliance with the relevant regulations in occupational health and safety and environmental protection as well as the quality and energy management system.
Requirements:
* Completed apprenticeship / training as a machine and plant operator or similar technical vocational training
* Knowledge of the operation of production systems and production controls
* Safety and responsibility awareness
* Independent, careful way of working
* Willingness to work shifts
* Written and spoken German
* Basic computer skills.
