As an offshore troubleshooter, you will be responsible, together with a dedicated team, for the smooth and safe operation of our Senvion 6.2 offshore wind turbines in the Nordsee Ost wind farm, located 35 km off the coast of Heligoland. About the role You will be responsible for carrying out maintenance work on the wind turbines (WTGs), thereby ensuring maximum availability. Independent fault analysis and rectification of electrical and mechanical faults on Senvion 6.2 offshore wind turbines. Supervision and coordination of external companies, in particular with regard to work content, quality and occupational safety. Documentation of all work using electronic reporting systems (e.g. SAP & Fluix) Compliance with and checking of occupational safety regulations for maintenance, repair and inspection work. Promoting team spirit and collegial cooperation are an integral part of your work. Job requirements and experience Successfully completed training in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification. Extensive and in-depth experience in troubleshooting Senvion 6.2 offshore wind turbines You enjoy working on a SOV or on the island of Heligoland. Initial knowledge of the various wind turbine systems and of control systems as well as switching authorisation in the 33kV/66kV range are an advantage. Good written and spoken English skills are required. You must also be willing to work offshore on a 14-day rotation. Suitability for offshore work and a head for heights round off your profile.
