Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of experience project managing and delivering technical solutions. Experience in one or more discipline areas: machine learning, recommendation systems, natural language processing, computer vision, pattern recognition, or artificial intelligence. Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region. Preferred qualifications: Experience building conversational applications with Google Dialogflow or similar products/tools. Experience building applications powered by Large Language Models. Experience in technical consulting. Understanding of contact center technologies and platforms (e.g. Avaya, Genesys, Cisco, Mitel, Twilio, etc.). As a Cloud AI Conversational Consultant, you will work with Google Cloud customers to design and to implement conversational interfaces for contact centers, websites, mobile applications, popular messaging platforms, and IoT devices using Google Cloud products. You will work with customers to identify opportunities to apply Conversational AI in their business, and travel to customer sites to design and oversee the development of solutions. You will work with customer technical stakeholders to manage project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks and issues, and timelines for successful client outcomes. Additionally, you will work with Cloud Sales and Product Management to identify opportunities for driving excellence in our products. Propose solution architectures and manage the deployment of Conversational AI solutions (including Agent Assist and Agent Insights) according to customer requirements and implementation best practices. Coach customers on the practical challenges in Conversational AI: design of conversational flows, integrations with 3rd party systems like contact centers, websites, mobile applications, and popular messaging platforms. Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and solve business challenges with Conversational AI. Travel regularly up to 30%, (although we also frequently use video conferencing) in-person for meetings, technical reviews, and onsite delivery activities.
